She is known as a connector and convener - someone who brings the right people together to move ideas forward.

Together with her associates, Cappa Connection connects clients with collaborators, institutions, and resources that accelerate impact.

Patricia Mulqueen

Community Advocate · Strategic Consultant

Patricia Mulqueen is a respected community advocate and strategic consultant affiliated with Cappa Connection, bringing decades of experience in corporate relations, diversity initiatives, and community engagement. A longtime leader at Con Edison, she held a variety of leadership roles in public affairs, energy conservation, and supplier diversity throughout her distinguished career. Patricia became widely recognized for her work advancing minority- and women-owned businesses and for championing inclusive practices within the corporate sector.

Throughout her career, she has been deeply involved with numerous community and nonprofit organizations across the region, serving in advisory and volunteer leadership roles while mentoring students and emerging professionals. Patricia has received multiple honors recognizing her commitment to diversity, advocacy, and business development, and continues to be a valued connector and advisor dedicated to strengthening communities and fostering meaningful partnerships.
